Puan Chan Cheong is a Malaysian born entrepreneur (born 21 October 1968 in JohorMalaysia). Also known as CC Puan, he is the founder of Green Packet Berhad (Green Packet Inc incorporated in the USA, Green Packet International Inc and Green Packet Holdings Ltd) and Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
CC Puan has more than 19 years of diversified business experience with a strong success track-record in consulting, and the development and management of large-scale telecommunications, infrastructure and property projects internationally.
CC Puan was born in Pagoh, Johor to a family of 10 siblings and spent his childhood in a rubber estate in the backwaters of Kuantan,Pahang. His early days saw CC Puan growing up in a humble plantation household, experiencing running water and electricity for the first time only at 13.
CC Puan became the first in his family to be given the opportunity to attend college and study abroad. He graduated with a double degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA.
In year 1999, CC Puan invested in setting up a technology company with some partners in the Silicon Valley. It had a good one-year run as a new business in a time when technology assimilation was high and funding was plenty. After a year into business, came the dot.com bust. Green Packet came to a dead end where the then CEO decided to call it quits.
Not wanting to give up, CC Puan stepped in and took the CEO role and determined to sustain the employment of his hopeful and talented team. CC Puan maintained a small R&D team in the US and moved its headquarter and its entire operations back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, forming Green Packet Berhad (GPB). This reduced operating cost substantially and allowed the company to refocus its business on the emerging markets of the Southeast Asian countries.
Green Packet was listed on the MESDAQ market of the Malaysian bourse within 5 years where the company’s market capitalization peaked to RM 2.7 billion. After 2 years being listed in the MESDAQ market, in 2007, Green Packet transitioned to the Main Market.
With operations in nine different countries; USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Australia, Bahrain, Thailand and Hong Kong. Green Packet is a global leading supplier of 4G devices and connectivity solutions for Global telecommunication companies and operators.

  1. Assalamualikum Shamirrul

What a great reflection that you write in your blogs. I notices that you want to be a great entrepreneur one day. This is advice that I can give you to be successful entrepreneur.

    1. Love what you do.
The road to success is a hard one. But, according to Lisa King, owner of Brownie Points Inc., which sells gourmet brownies and holiday gift baskets, it's a lot easier if you're passionate about your business's purpose. "If you don't [love what you do], it's hard to be successful," she says. She adds that this helps you stay positive: "You need to maintain your optimism. Once it's gone, you're done."

    2. Build a team immersed in your vision.
"For me, it's more than just hiring experienced people. It's important to demonstrate the type of organization we want to be," says Mike Mondello, president of SeaBear, which supplies fresh and smoked wild salmon directly to consumers. To bring to life the vision of building a seafood brand based on world-class, sustainable wild salmon, Mondello used a team meeting to showcase a fisherman whose way of catching fish resulted in a better end product.

    3. Come up with innovative ways to solve problems.
Necessity really is the mother of invention. Just ask Robin Brocklesby of Creative Coverings, which rents specialty linens for formal events. When customers were having difficulty returning the linens they had rented, Brocklesby turned to UPS for a creative solution. The result was out-of-the box innovation: Return the linens in specially designed bags (with an estimated life span of 300 uses) rather than larger boxes.

    4. Create a delightful customer experience.
Several components come together to win customers, and everyone at the company needs to know their own role in retaining customers. "It's mission critical that everyone on our team understands how they fit into the brand and what they bring to the value chain that delivers a successful customer experience," Mondello says.

King notes that shipping plays a vital role in her customers' experience, particularly since Brownie Points provides a perishable product. "You need to know that you're partnering with someone who can manage your shipments and make sure your packages arrive on time," she says.

    5. Quickly learn from your mistakes.
Mistakes are inevitable. The key is to learn from them – fast. A decade ago during the holidays, SeaBear outsourced its call center. Customer orders were soon riddled with errors. "When a customer had a need outside the norm, the call center couldn't handle it with the customer care our own professionals could," Mondello recalls. The solution? SeaBear immediately stopped outsourcing and personally contacted all the customers who were negatively affected. Also, the company has learned to test any new process during a quiet time of the year.
That is all the advices that I can gives you for you to be a successful entrepreneur.

    1. Ask yourself and answer honestly. Think about it.

"What are the benefits of laziness I do this?"

    2. List the effects and consequences of laziness that is in you. It aims to enlighten your mind that this attitude is not directly beneficial. In addition, it makes your mind 'sick' with this attitude.

    3. Maintain your momentum craft. If you're doing something and want to stop to rest, make sure you stop soon. Maintain the momentum. The longer you stop or rest, the constant lack of enthusiasm.

    4. Imagine the positive impact you get the impression from your diligent attitude. For example, imagine you're getting excellent results on your craft, then your parents gave you RM500. Dear friends and beloved icon razz Tips ramai..Hoho .. Being Diligent

  5. Salam shamir...
Your reflection to be a great entrepreneur. And I also need to get rid of the lazy nature of the self. Here I give some tips.

Tips today want to share 5 tips on how to overcome laziness. Feeling lazy attitude is opposed to diligence. It is a negative attitude that needs to be cured. Flavors you, how to get rid of laziness? Here the tips..

    1. Focus on just a few things at a time.

We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. Instead, you will feel motivated, as your goals will now seem so much more achievable.

    2. Exercise.

Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room).

    3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy.

Sound’s ironic, doesn’t it? Overcoming laziness by relaxing! But it works.

Often, we become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things.

By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, reflect, and feel inspired.

    4. Get organized.

Your physical surroundings have a big impact on how you feel. If your house is a mess, you are likely to feel even more overwhelmed—both because clutter creates a sense of chaos, and because having to clean your house adds to your giant list of things to do in a ridiculously short amount of time.

    good luck broo!!
